The Immigration and Nationality Act provides for an individual who is married to a U.S. citizen to become a Permanent Resident of the U.S.  This is a one-step process.  The fee we quote is all inclusive.  We will prepare the petition with accompanying documents, applications for travel and employment authorization.  You will receive the travel and employment authorization in approximately two to three months depending on the workload of the USCIS Processing Center.  The client is responsible for the USCIS filing fees biometrics (fingerprints) and medical exam.  Please request a current fee schedule from us.  We will begin the work when we receive your completed biographical forms and the down payment.  Once we start a case, we do not increase our prices, as some do.  We will provide prompt and complete service, including telephone consultation during the application stage as well as to prepare you for the USCIS interview at the end of the process.  We look forward to serving you.
