Immigration problems?

We offer:

  1. Competent Professional Service
  2. Lower pricing
  3. Payment plan for qualified individuals

Comparing the price for a specific immigration classification is relatively easy.  Our stated time frame for completing an immigration package, and submitting it to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) within 10 days of receipt of all materials, can be verified by our clients.  However, comparing quality of service is a bit more difficult.  Quality, in this instance, can be defined by a discussion of these three categories:

1.  Experience.  Does the Immigration Consultant have the required experience?

Government trained Immigration Officers are the most experienced and highly trained source of immigration expertise available.  Knowledge of the law and regulations comes from hard work and research.  Anyone can accomplish that over time.  But, knowing the system - how things work, who to call, what really matters - is what an Immigration Examiner has access to during the course of his/her work.  For 26 years, our founder, Lloyd Sutherland, worked for the INS as an Inspector and as an Examiner, adjudicating petitions.  He personally worked with and trained each member of our staff, imparting to each the understanding and philosophy that has made our company successful.

Our company has a great deal of experience with all business petitions.  Our staff also has expertise in preparing petitions for religious workers.

During the last 10 years of Mr. Sutherland’s government career, he was a Senior Immigration Examiner with responsibilities that included the following: working on establishment of the INS (now USCIS) Service Centers; writing regulations that govern various alien petition classifications; and conducting training for Immigration Inspectors in every District Office and Service Center.  Through the years, he worked closely with the Department of Labor and the Department of State.  Two of our consultants have worked for the INS and Department of Justice.

International Expediters, Inc. has successfully processed petitions for most nonimmigrant (temporary) classifications.  In the immigrant (permanent) category we have processed both relative visa petitions and employee petitions with the resulting adjustment of status, or "green card."  Our clients come from over 80 countries around the world.

2.  Information.  Does the consultant have ready access to all laws, regulations, manuals and forms for Immigration, Labor and Department of State?

All of this required information is immediately available and current in our office for ready access.  We also maintain regular contacts with USCIS, the Department of State, and the Department of Labor to ensure that our clients are afforded opportunities as they become available under new laws or regulations.

3.  Access.  Does the consultant have contacts at all appropriate offices to ensure access when it is needed?

Over the past 13 years, we have assisted clients throughout the world with their U.S. immigration issues.

We would value the opportunity to discuss our services with you by telephone or email, at your convenience.
